Return & Exchange Policy

Your Satisfaction Matters to Us.

At Baby’s on Broadway, we strive to ensure you adore every product you select. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist. Please be aware of our return guidelines:

  • Items should be unopened and in their pristine state.
  • Initiate returns within 30 days of purchase. For clothing and accessories, the window is 7 days.
  • Clearance, discounted items, and most clothing and accessories are final sale.
  • Custom or special order items, including chairs, cribs, dressers, car seats, and strollers, are non-returnable.
  • Returns or refunds exceeding $250 will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Our team reserves the right to decline a return if it doesn’t align with our policy. Store credit may be provided based on our discretion.
  • To process a return, email us at sales@babysonbroadway.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return. After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund or offer in-store credit, excluding shipping costs. Refunds to credit cards will be processed within five business days upon receiving the returned item.


If your product arrives damaged, please send detailed photos and a description to sales@babysonbroadway.com. We’ll prioritize sending you a replacement. Please understand that shipping times can vary and we cannot offer refunds for extended shipping delays.


Breast pumps and their components are personal hygiene items and, as per industry standards, cannot be returned once opened. All warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer, not Baby’s On Broadway DME Services. For any pump-related concerns, please contact the respective manufacturer. Unopened pumps with intact seals can be returned as per our standard return policy.

Given the personal and medical nature of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) products, devices, and equipment, we adhere to strict return guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers:


  • DME products, devices, and equipment, once opened, are considered personal hygiene or medical items and, in line with industry standards, cannot be returned.
  • All warranty or service issues should be directed to the manufacturer, not Baby’s On Broadway DME Services. For any concerns related to your DME product, please contact the respective manufacturer.
  • Unopened DME items with intact seals can be returned in accordance with our standard return policy.
