The R82 Cricket is a lightweight, compact wheelchair. The design is filled with aesthetics while providing options for positioning support as needed. The folding mechanism for the R82 Cricket is unique in that it is a combination of a clamshell fold as well as an umbrella style fold. This truly makes the folded footprint super small at 14 inches wide x 19 inches high x 30 inches long for both sizes.

The R82 Cricket wheelchair has a fixed tilt of 20 degrees with the ability to recline an additional 15 degrees. This level of positioning would require some head control to keep the head positioned against the seat back. There are headrest options that provide varying levels of side to side support. The seat depth and the footrest both have the ability to grow built into the chair. This makes it easy to adjust for growth without having to purchase more items. The seat width can be made smaller with optional accessories for users with smaller hips. As they grow, the accessories can be removed to increase the width of the seat. The footrest is easy to adjust in height and angle without tools.
