While the current design primarily showcases the unique stickers with which children have personalized their beds, there are plans to introduce options for door colors in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

Begin by removing the doors to easily access the pod’s interior. Start with a vacuum to clear out any debris children might leave behind, like crumbs or crayon pieces. For deeper cleaning, opt for baby wipes, a mild surface cleaner, or melamine foam scrubbers. For the mirror, a standard glass cleaner does the trick. Overall, maintaining the pod’s cleanliness is straightforward and hassle-free.

Yes, the interior bed length measures 6 feet, 5 inches. So, as long as you’re under this height, you’ll fit comfortably.

The zPods Gen 2 Single is equipped with two built-in fans for optimal airflow and comfort.

The zPods Gen 2 Double features a total of four fans for enhanced airflow. Each bunk, both top and bottom, is outfitted with two fans to ensure maximum comfort.

While the Gen 1 zPods® bed laid a crucial foundation for sleep technology advancements, the Gen 2 version is a culmination of valuable feedback and keen observations. Here’s how the Gen 2 zPods® bed stands out:

  1. Material Evolution: The bed now uses high-density polyethylene, a durable plastic, which makes it lighter while increasing its lifespan. This change also ensures parts are robust and easily replaceable, aligning with the five-year warranty.

  2. Safety Enhancements: The material’s flexibility has been adjusted to offer added protection, especially vital for children prone to seizures, minimizing potential injuries.

  3. Improved Sliding Doors: The doors have been redesigned to prevent jamming, enhancing safety. They can also be fully removed in seconds, making cleaning and bed-making simpler.

  4. Efficient Assembly: The bed’s design has been revamped, turning a previously lengthy three to four-hour assembly into a swift 20-30 minute setup.

  5. Practical Design: The design now has fewer gaps where items like toys or food could get trapped.

  6. Durable Ceiling Panel: The fragile ceiling panel, with lights embedded in the Gen 1 design, has been removed to prevent potential damages during shipping or from children’s activities.

  7. Proudly Made in the USA: Manufacturing has been relocated to the USA to ensure superior quality control.

  8. Ambient Sound Features: Bluetooth speakers have been added, offering users the luxury of listening to white noise or other calming sounds.

  9. Enhanced Lighting: Users now have a broader range of lighting color options for a personalized sleep ambiance.

Both models are optimized to accommodate a standard twin-size mattress, with ideal dimensions being up to 43 inches in width and 78 inches in length.

Each bed is designed to support a weight of up to 300 pounds.

The doors are designed without a locking feature. Even if a child accidentally leans against it or obstructs the track, the doors can be swiftly and easily removed by simply lifting, tilting, and pulling them away.

The pod is designed with efficient ventilation, ensuring it isn’t airtight. It features four strategically placed fans: two for intake and two for exhaust. Additionally, there’s an option to include HEPA filters, ensuring the continuous flow of fresh, purified air for the child.

While the bed isn’t completely soundproof, it is designed to significantly dampen and reduce external noises when the doors are securely closed. The incorporated Bluetooth speakers allow users to play white noise or other calming sounds, offering an additional layer of sound insulation. Prioritizing safety, the bed balances between sound reduction and maintaining necessary airflow.

Each zPod is crafted from robust, long-lasting molded resin. It’s produced to the highest quality standards in the USA, specifically by the renowned LINDAR corporation, located in Baxter, Minnesota.

The zPod does not come with a television. However, if you wish to add one, it accommodates screen sizes ranging from 18 to 28 inches. For installation guidelines and support, please reach out directly to the zPods manufacturer.
